Technical & Maintenance:
- Troubleshoot problems and repair a large variety of equipment for clients. Develop training packages for new technicians and customers alike.
- Work closely with Health Inspectors to ensure health codes are met in various cafes and restaurants.
- Act as quality control for all equipment including warranty and manufacturer’s requirements.
- Perform calibration checks on all commercial appliances, maintain commercial refrigeration equipment, rebuild equipment, if necessary, both on site or in shop and perform preventative maintenance programs for various clients.
